Georgia Hall, Ph.D. MPH , who teaches gerontology and geriatrics at the UA College of Medicine – Phoenix, will be the featured speaker at Arizona Science Center on Sunday, Oct. 14 at 4:30 p.m. in the Dorrance Planetarium.  Dr. Hall’s presentation is part of the New Frontiers in Medical Science lecture series. The interactive session, “As Time Goes By: Aging, Longevity and Health,” will cover bio-psycho-social issues related to human aging, historical perspectives, and future trends. Discussion will include cultural perspectives on the meaning of old age, and suggestions for promoting good health and wellness in the later years. All are welcome to attend.
