To manage capacity, tickets for general admission and special exhibits are limited and sold on a timed basis. For this reason, all Guests—including Members—are encouraged to reserve timed-entry tickets to secure admission for desired date and time.

Arizona Science Center is located between 5th and 7th streets on Washington Street in Heritage Square. The entrance is accessible from Heritage Square, facing Monroe Street.

No, but Arizona Science Center offers parking validation which discounts the cost of parking for the Heritage and Science Park Garage on 5th Street and Monroe Street. Parking validation is available upon check-in at the General Admission ticket counter.

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Arizona Science Center has followed CDC guidelines, recommendations from the state, city, and county public health officials, and guidance from local health authorities. In accordance with these guidelines as applied to Maricopa County:

  • Face masks are strongly recommended for all guests age 2 and older. 
  • Visit AZDHS and CDC for more information on the best ways to protect yourself and others.
  • If you are at high risk for severe illness, talk to your healthcare provider about whether you need to wear a mask and take other precautions
  • Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines
  • Get tested if you have symptoms

Arizona Science Center does not allow outside food or drinks. Concessions are available for purchase. Bean Sprouts is currently closed. 

The Center typically sees its highest traffic on Friday and Saturday. For lower traffic, we recommend visiting The Center on Monday or weekdays after 12:00 p.m.
