Boost Your After School STEM CLUB
Arizona Science Center is excited to announce FREE professional development workshops to train educators in hands-on, standard aligned, STEM Club curriculum.
Why should I apply?
- 18 hours of STEM Club Curriculum
- Materials kit with supplies for 30 students
- $550 Stipend ($250 after training; $300 upon completion of the STEM Club and survey)
- Travel Reimbursement
- Free Family Science Night
- Summer Camp Curriculum and Supplies
- Title I School with at least 40% free and reduced lunch population
- Facilitate STEM Club between February-May 2025
- Complete and submit surveys before May 30, 2025
STEM Club Curriculum Options:
K-5 Storybook STEAM
A club for K-5 students where engineering meets imagination! Through hands-on challenges inspired by fairy tales, kids design solutions like protecting Humpty Dumpty in an egg drop or building homes for the Three Little Pigs, while exploring STEAM concepts and enhancing problem-solving skills.

This club for grades 3-8 introduces coding, robotics, and computational thinking. Students solve problems, write code, and program robots, developing STEM skills while discovering the creative power of technology through hands-on activities.
