Educators play a pivotal role in uplifting student research by serving as mentors, guides and motivators throughout the academic journey. They foster critical thinking, encourage curiosity, and provide the tools needed for students to explore and investigate complex topics. Educator feedback, encouragement and expertise helps students refine their ideas, overcome challenges and contribute valuable insights to their fields of study, enhancing the quality and impact of their research.


Important Dates

February 3, 2025 | Registration Opens

March 8, 2025 | Last day for a qualifying school, homeschool, district or regional fair to be completed in order for students to register for AzSEF

March 12, 2025 | Registration Closes

March 27, 2025 | Elementary & Junior Divisions: Check-In, Display & Safety Check, SRC Approval, Judging & Interviews

March 28, 2025 | Senior Division: Check-In, Display & Safety Check, SRC Approval, Judging & Interviews

March 29, 2025 | Awards Ceremony at Arizona Science Center


Educator Coaching Webinars
Every Third Wednesday | 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Arizona Science Center, the proud host of AzSEF, is excited to start a series of webinars to help support educators, and provide information and resources for their students' science projects! These webinars will be held the third Wednesday each month from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. To register fill out this form. Once completed, a Zoom link will be sent via email.
